PinPost Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

PinPost is a service for anonymously sharing location-based posts.

2. Eligibility

This service is intended for users aged 18 and older. Users under 18 are not permitted to use this app. By using this app, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Posts that defame, discriminate against, or threaten others
• Posting false or misleading information
• Posting inappropriate content (obscene, violent, grotesque, or extreme material)
• Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or harassment
• Posting illegal content or content related to drugs or weapons
• Posting others' personal information without consent
• Spam or advertising-related posts
• Posting using automated tools or bots
• Activities that interfere with service operations
• Any other activities that violate applicable laws

Posts containing sensitive content (adult material, extreme expressions) must be marked as "Sensitive." Sensitive content posted without the mark may be removed without notice.

4. Post Management

• Posts are displayed for 24 hours plus additional time based on the number of likes (up to 30 days)
• Reported posts will be reviewed and addressed by the operator within 24 hours
• You can delete your own posts using your deletion key
• The operator may remove posts that violate these terms without prior notice
• Users can block posters they find objectionable

5. Intellectual Property

• Copyright of the app's design, logo, and software belongs to the operator
• Copyright of user-posted content belongs to the respective users
• Posted content may be used by the operator for service provision purposes

6. Disclaimer

• This service is provided "as is," and the operator makes no warranties, express or implied
• The operator assumes no liability for damages arising from use of this service
• The operator does not intervene in disputes between users
• The operator is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of posted content

7. Service Changes and Termination

The operator may change or terminate the service without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

The operator may modify these terms as necessary. Modified terms take effect when published within the app.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes related to this service.
